World-Class Forging & Pipe Component Fabrication

Rajtilak Metal operates a comprehensive manufacturing complex in India dedicated to engineering critical piping components for oil & gas, petrochemical, offshore, power generation, and chemical process installations. Established in 1991, our factory integrates raw billet processing, closed die forging, cold and hot pipe forming, multi-axis CNC machining, and automated heat treatment under one unified quality management protocol.

Every phase of our production floor is strictly mapped to international specifications including ASME B16.5, ASME B16.9, ASME B16.11, MSS SP-97, EN 1092-1, and DIN norms. Operating as a Government of India recognized export house, our facility handles small-batch high-alloy bespoke forgings as easily as high-volume carbon and stainless steel standard piping runs.

Export Compliance

Marking, Traceability & Seaworthy Export Packaging

Every piece manufactured at Rajtilak Metal is permanently hard-stamped or electro-etched with the manufacturer logo, ASME/EN specification, material grade, pressure rating, size, schedule, and melt heat number. This unique stamp provides total bidirectional traceability directly to our EN 10204 3.1 inspection certification and raw billet heat certificates.

Export components are protected against maritime humidity and transit impact by standard international packaging methods:

  • Rust-inhibitive transparent lacquer or black bitumen paint application
  • Heavy-duty plastic end caps protecting flange gasket faces and pipe bevels
  • Corrosion-preventive vapor corrosion inhibitor (VCI) poly-wrap bags
  • Fumigated wooden cases and euro-pallets complying with ISPM-15 phytosanitary standards
  • Clear steel strapping, waterproof inner lining, and external shipping mark labeling
